In this 3 hour workshop taught by Jordan Clark of Beep Boop Bagels we'll learn how to make beautiful, delicious sourdough loaves, starting with making and maintaining your own sourdough starter and finishing with the perfect bake. In addition to tasting various loaves, we'll also cover how to adapt your recipe to find your own signature sourdough, covering variations on ingredients and how to adjust when using different types of flours. Each participant will mix and shape their own loaves and will receive a proofing basket to carry their loaves home in to bake. Additionally, you'll go home with a starter you'll be able to use for as long as you care for it. Unlimited sourdough!

Jordan Clark Bio:
Originally from the Northwest, Jordan Clark is a life-long baker and has honed his professional skills at Seattle bakeries; Temple Pastries, Cafe Besalu and Standard Bakery. In October 2018 he started his own bagel bakery Beep Boop Bagel. When not baking he enjoys throwing a ball for his dog Cosmo, trekking through mountain trails or, more likely, sleeping.
