We are so thrilled to welcome Lauren (@lokokitchen) to the Not Without Salt Shop. Her incredible pie designs are blowing up the internet. She's helping us celebrate pi(e) day in the absolute best way: MAKING AND EATING PIE!!
I (Ashley) will walk us through the process and science of pie dough then Lauren will teach us her tips and tricks for creating her famous intricate designs.
In this very intimate hands-on class each student will walk away with their own pie to bake at home. We'll serve a glass of wine, a few snacks and of course, PIE!!
Please bring your own apron, pie plate and rolling pin (let us know if you need us to provide any of these things for you).
