I’m a two-time cookbook author who started writing recipes before I knew what I was doing. I learned from my mistakes and through the guidance of many talented voices of other cookbook authors and instructors. And through years of feedback from students, readers, and cooks.

Come with questions, eager to learn, and hungry as we’ll prepare a recipe together.
